Over two months, a dedicated team of members have successfully landscaped and significantly improved our Mt Pleasant Observing Site.
Compacted observing pads with 240V power access have been laid down, together with road base covering for the total area.
A very big thank you to the large number of members who donated part or all of their spare time to help make this update a reality.

Again we toiled this weekend spreading countless wheel barrows of road base around the site. It was all compacted down with a Plate Compactor and the site is looking good.
At last we have a smooth and even surface that will make it a pleasure to walk on.
